A deposit is due on signing; the amount, schedule and cancellation terms are set out in writing, in line with Quebec's Consumer Protection Act where it applies.
Always. Coordination, signage, hosting, registration and on-site teams are delivered in French and English, at no extra cost.
We coordinate event liquor permit applications with the RACJ alongside the licensed caterer or venue, and build the deadlines into the production calendar.
Ideally four to nine months for a gala or conference, six to twelve weeks for a launch or 5 à 7. We take shorter timelines when quality can be held.
