Scope
This policy explains how Navelia Events LTD collects, uses, discloses and retains personal information, in line with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25) and PIPEDA.

[OWNER: name and title of the person in charge], reachable at privacy@navelia.ca. This person also handles confidentiality incident reports.
Information we collect
Name, contact details, organization, event details and documents you choose to send us. Analytics cookies are enabled only with your consent.
Purposes and consent
We use this information only to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal and deliver your event. Your consent is requested separately, clearly and for each purpose.
Retention
Enquiries that don't proceed are deleted after 24 months. Client files are kept seven years for tax purposes, then securely destroyed.
Transfers outside Quebec
Some tools may host data outside Quebec. A privacy impact assessment is carried out before any transfer.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, portability or deletion of your information, and withdraw consent at any time. You may also file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
Confidentiality incidents
Any incident posing a risk of serious injury is reported to the Commission and to affected individuals, and recorded in a register.
