No. Figures are in Canadian dollars, before GST and QST. Every proposal itemizes applicable taxes line by line.
A deposit is due on signing; the amount, schedule and cancellation terms are set out in writing, in line with Quebec's Consumer Protection Act where it applies.
Always. Coordination, signage, hosting, registration and on-site teams are delivered in French and English, at no extra cost.
