A multi-day conference is less an event than a small temporary town. It has rush hours, bottlenecks and essential services.
Design flows before the program
Six hundred delegates changing rooms in ten minutes is a traffic problem. We model movement, corridor capacity and coffee queues before fixing the final schedule.
The speaker office
Flights, transfers, slides, mics, rehearsals: every speaker has a file and an assigned contact. Slides arrive 72 hours ahead and are tested in the room.
Bilingualism as infrastructure
In Quebec and Canada, bilingual interpretation, signage and welcome aren't an extra. We plan them from the first budget, with booths, receivers and trained teams.
Human rhythm
By day three, attention drops. We alternate formats, build real breaks and schedule the most important content on the morning of day two.
A successful conference is one where delegates remember the content, not the logistics. That's exactly why the logistics have to be flawless.
